Long before doctors and scientists even investigated the intricacies of reproduction, the Classical Indian texts, namely the Vedas investigated the matter in great detail. This historically predates to the epoch of the Mahabaratha, some 5000 years ago, unlike Western Allopathic medicine which was instituted only some 200 years ago.

Many methods currently in the market seeking to treat the infertility problem seem to investigate this only from the perspective of ovulation attributing this to various causes e.g. acidity, electrical charge, polarity

Most of the investigations have in a sense only "scratched the surface of the problem". Although admittedly, some headway was made using the Lunar cycles to overcome the infertility problem rather ironically by a Slovak doctor, Eugene Jonas. Being only a novice astrologer, he only corellated periods of ovulation with Lunar cycles, though there are many other aspects that need to be considered before one can conceive. He also went on to conclude that the only factor to establish the sex an the resulting offspring depended on whether the Moon was located in a male or female sign in the mother's birthchart. A rather simplistic view.

The methodology proposed here is a very comprehensive one. One that ensures the program works. There are major differences between Vedic and Western Astrology. The fixing the position of the planets in the zodiac is one of them. Vedic Astrology computes data from the actual position of the planets in the zodiac, whereas Western Astrology works on their apparent positions. The focus of Vedic Astrology is on the events in a person’s life. Ascertaining if, how and when conception can occur is an event in an individual’s life.

This is how Chelvam’s Method works:

1.	It commences by accounting for all the conceptions a woman can have in her lifetime. This done using Vedic Astrology and the palmprints, wherever possible. This method acknowledges that it does not necessarily follow that a woman can conceive whenever she is ovulating. Therefore, the method establishes the exact moment of fertilisation, also known as the "Time of Epoch". These are the instances that necessarily result in the conception of a child;
2.	The chronological sequence of all these moments or as it is known, the "Time of the Epoch" is collated. It is then scrutinised against the actual births, abortions, and miscarriages one may have had;
3.	It is recommended that clients send both theirs and their partner's palm scans to Chelvam. This will allow him to counter-check that the intended parents jointly embark on this conception.

Once the ideal moments for conception are established each of them are further checked to ensure that they can be realised practically. That they cannot be blocked for whatever reasons e.g. cysts, blocked tubes, low sperm counts etc. No other method has the ability to do this scrutiny.

The Silver - Infertility Program
This program provides you with the likely dates for conception according to your own individual cycle. This is done after accounting for the conceptions you have had, and when the next ones will occur. The gender of the resulting offspring is not included in this program. The ideal times for conception for a full year is given to you from the time of application.

The Gold - Resulting Gender Program
This program provides you with the most ideal times for conception for a year according to your own particular cycle, with indications of the likely sex of the offspring for each of the dates given. Though the sex of the child resulting from each of these conceptions is given to you, they are only presented to you as a guide. The program focusses primarily on the time frames which varies from person to person. This can be from a few hours up to a maximum of 72 hours after sexual intercourse. It is recommended that you do not use this program to work out the conception for the preferred gender of your choice, as this requires a higher degree of investigations that can only be provided by the program that follows this. The Platinum - Preferred Gender Program
This program provides you with the specific periods within each menstrual cycle when you can conceive the child of the preferred gender of your choice. This is a very tight program that eliminates all the probable dates when there is any ambiguity. The time frames are alot shorter and hence more detailed than the 72 hour span provided by the earlier programs. The actual time for commencement & completion of copulation at the location you are likely to be at that material time is also given to you. The degree of accuracy this program is the highest that any Gender Selection Method can possibly provide. The cost of this program is USD$188
