You would probably have already been to many websites offering so-called guaranteed methods to conceive and choose the gender of your next child. These same people would also usually back themselves up on "statistics" which are usually propagated by themselves( not vetted/scrutinised by any unbiased or independent authority).

2. If yes, then, when your next conception would occur .

4. We will then evaluate whether you should go ahead to conceive your next child (if of the preferred gender) or wait for the next opportune moment when this becomes plausible for you based on (3). 5. A program is then "tailor made" to your needs advising you when you should/should not have unprotected sex to fulfill your goal (4).
6. The likely dates of the occurrence your cyclical menses will also be outlined in the program. This is necessary because ovulation/menses which should technically happen in every cycle have a bearing on each other. If your menses came, say 3 days earlier due to environmental, psychological or health reasons, it may be necessary to adjust the dates for the next ovulation because of this.
7. We have the ability to go a step further to evaluate kind of childbirth, labour pains etc you might experience with your next conception based on the period of gestation, determined by the date of fertilisation (5).
8. Where necessary, we will also take into account your past reproductive/ health history, i.e. period pains, reproductive ailments, regular/irregular periods, ovulation, past miscarriages / abortions, etc. when assisting you to conceive.
9. The reproductive health status of your partner; e.g. vasectomy, low sperm count, impotence, etc. may also be investigated to evaluate your next conception where necessary.
10. We may also take into consideration the numerous factors that may cause complications for a couple with infertility problems to conceive naturally including smoking /alcohol/stress factors etc that you and/or your partner may be subjected to.
