1.0 Terms and Conditions for Online Purchases

1.1 These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your purchase of goods or services from our online store ("Store") operated by our company ("Seller"). By making a purchase through our Store, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully before making a purchase.

1.2 We are not guaranteeing this to work for all people, however we know that it does increase your chances and there is a high chance it will work. If you do not get the gender of choose we will happily refund your funds paid to Natural Gender Selection.

2.0 Product Availability and Description:

2.1 We have two products available, assisting you in how to make a girl and assisting you in how to make a boy.

2.2 The Seller strives to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing of products; however, errors may occur. The Seller reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

3.0 Purchase Agreement

3.1 All purchases made through the Store are considered offers to buy.

3.2 The Seller reserves the right to accept or decline any purchase offer in their sole discretion.

3.3 Upon acceptance of the purchase offer, a binding purchase agreement is formed between the Customer and the Seller.

4.0 Pricing and Payment: 

4.1 The prices of products and services are displayed on the online website and are subject to change without notice. 

4.2 Payment methods accepted are clearly indicated on the Store's website. The Seller reserves the right to refuse certain payment methods.

4.3 The Customer is responsible for paying the full purchase price, including any applicable taxes, shipping fees, or other charges.

5.0 Order Confirmation and Fulfilment: 

5.1 After placing an order for either Boy or Girl information, the Customer will receive an order confirmation / and or welcome email. This email serves as acknowledgment that the Seller has received the order and will get the information to them in a timely manner. 

5.2 The Seller will make reasonable efforts to fulfil the order in a timely manner; however, the estimated delivery dates of information to you, from purchasing provided are not guaranteed. 

Warranties and Limitation of Liability: 

6.0 The Seller makes no warranties, whether expressed or implied, regarding the products or services sold through the online shop. 

6.1 The Seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the purchase, use, or inability to use any product or service. 

6.2 The seller’s liability is strictly limited to refunding the customer purchase price and no further claim for losses will be provided. 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 

7.0 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Seller is located. 

7.1 Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the same jurisdiction.

Severability: 

8.0 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: 

9.0 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and the Seller regarding the purchase of goods or services through the Store and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.
